Getting a quote is easy:
For standard pickups, such as from a hotel or home address, your chauffeur will wait up to 30 minutes. While the first 15 minutes are complimentary, only the additional 15 minutes will incur a charge. However, for airport pickups, we provide a full hour of complimentary wait time. If you anticipate a delay or need to modify your booking, we recommend contacting us through the chat feature on our website to ensure a smooth experience.
For our City-to-City rides, we do provide comfort breaks along the route. However, additional stops that deviate from the direct path are not included. If you need to make extra stops, you can either book these trips separately or opt for our by-the-hour service. With this option, you can reserve your chauffeur for a set period and make as many stops as needed. Please note that this service includes 20 km of travel per hour, with any additional distance billed separately.
You can cancel your ride at no charge, provided it’s up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. To do so, simply visit the ‘Booked Rides’ section on our app or website. From there, select your ride and choose the ‘Cancel’ option. This ensures your cancellation is processed smoothly.
At Limontario Corporation, we offer a range of vehicle options to suit your needs, including Business Class, Electric Class, First Class, and Business Van/SUV. Each category features a selection of premium, high-quality models, which you can view during the booking process or in our Help Center. However, please note that the vehicle images shown during booking are for illustration purposes only. As the vehicle assigned will depend on availability, we cannot guarantee specific models or colors.
One hour before your scheduled pickup, you will receive an email and SMS containing your chauffeur’s name, contact number, vehicle make, model, and license plate number. If you booked the ride for someone else, this information will instead be sent to the contact details provided during the booking process. Additionally, starting one hour prior to your ride, you can initiate a chat with your chauffeur directly through our app, ensuring smooth communication for your journey.
At Limontario Corporation, we accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. For iOS users, payments can also be made via PayPal or Apple Pay through our app. Please note that PayPal and Apple Pay are not available on our website.
All payments are processed through our website or app prior to your ride, eliminating the need for cash transactions.
For business accounts, we offer the option to receive monthly invoices instead of paying for each ride individually.
In the rare event that your chauffeur is running late, please use the chat feature in our app to contact them directly. If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so through our app or website.
In that case, please contact them directly. You can do so using the chat feature in our app, or you can contact them via the telephone number that will have been sent to you one hour before pickup via email and SMS. This message also contains the make, model and license plate number of the vehicle.
All Limontario chauffeurs are proficient in basic English and fluent in the local language of the country where the ride is taking place.
